About Dooryard & Downstreet |
|||||||
Dooryard & Downstreet is a homegrown web and graphic design company, specializing in services for Vermonters, by Vermonters. We live and work in the pastoral Green Mountain State, near the shores of lovely Lake Champlain. Our studio was once the home of well known artist Woody Jackson (the Ben and Jerry's cow guy) and the ghost of Robert Frost drops by for coffee on occasion. Dooryard & Downstreet is a collaborative effort in the business of art and the art of business. It is the culmination of fifty years experience in both worlds. Collectively, we hold college degrees in Art and Business and earn our living wearing many hats within these fields, including writer, designer, art publisher, inventor,and entrepreneur. As baby boomers, we remember life before email. If you've just arrived in the Brave New WWW it can seem like everyone is speaking geek. We got involved with computers back in the dark ages of the early 80's, investing the time, energy, and resources to learn the new language. Susan, Project Manager, has achieved advanced recognition as an IT professional with the designation Master CIW Designer. We view our role as partners with you in a co-creative endeavor. We can put the tools of technology to work for you. |
